CUBED Ice Cream

An Internet Curator is one that goes through the circle of no life happily and voluntarily. Life revolves around never-ending awe, inspiration and re-blogs, re-pins, re-tweets. But today, oh today, the curator goes out and play.

This is the first time that this concept has ever been on the interwebz, and thus the world, and I am actually authorised by the company to be the first one to tell you about it, yay! When I first heard about this idea, I was all I severely need to be up in this biznez, and up in this biznez I was.

Cutting to the chase:
A premium dessert cafe called Tom Turtle (ha. cute.) is opening TOMORROW night, right in the city of Melbourne, and they are serving almost SIXTY different flavours of CUBED ice cream.

Here are some exclusive pictures of some of their dishes.

And 2 extra images from Tom Turtle’s Facebook Page because I couldn’t help myself.  All images courtesy of Tom Turtle
Dudeeee… CUBES.
Why is it that no one has ever thought of this before? I mean if you think about it, a square is a circle’s best friend, and somehow it took more than 2 millenniums for people to make that connection? Nicole Richie got US-weekly-famous after 3 hours of being Paris Hilton’s BFF. The injustice!

And almost SIXTY flavours! Which means that there are definitely some Asian sensation flavours going on in there, including Teh Tarik, Dragonfruit (which sounds hazardous, but is actually really tasty), Wasabi, Taro, and the classic Asian pride flavour- Lychee!

My favourite by far was the peanut butter jelly. When I first tried it, I was all *what is this sorcery?!* and let’s just leave it at that.

So if you happen to be in Melbourne tomorrow, stop by Tom Turtle and be one of the first IN THE WORLD to try cubed ice cream. Tip: Free ice cream from 7-8pm and half price after 8 with a coupon! Which you can download from their Facebook page.

 P.S. I pin. Like a rockstar Pinja.
