The Difference between Coffees

I used to have lattes all the time and then a friend got me hooked onto flat white and that’s been my coffee since. That sentence just made me sound like I know the difference between a latte and flat white but I really don’t.

That is, until Lokesh Dhakar (who was/is probably a barista and wants to punch people like me) decided to educate me with this diagram.

Now I know for sure I got the right coffee because I hate milk foam. Eugh.

I also know that essay periods call for espressos, or espresso con panna if I want to get down to business with a little party on top.
